After having my beautiful daughter Freya. I made the decision to take a new path in life to allow me to spend more time with her as she grows. This led me to the start-up of Stepping Stones Holistic Health. I have spent the last few years on my own healing journey through my recovery from addiction and have found a passion for many different therapies, including the ones I can offer you here today. I began this journey with the intention of helping you to reach your highest level of well-being through various relaxation and healing therapies with the hopes that you, too, are able to heal and bring about lasting changes to your life as I have done with mine.

I am a fully qualified and insured Reiki Master Teacher & Massage Therapist whilst also training in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, self development, running, paddle boarding and anything that allows me to be in the water or out in nature enjoying the treasures this world provides us. I have 12 years of experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, so I understand the daily stress work can bring to our lives. with this in mind, I have made it my life-long goal to help as many people as i can create a better and more balanced life for themselves, whether that be emotionally, mentally, or physically.

Have you experiences the profound benefits of a single or series of Reiki treatments, or are you curious about energy work and want to learn and develop it more?

My training is done in a group setting, each course is covered over 2 days from 10-4. you will be provided a full manual with everything you have learned while on the course, your lineage back to Dr. Mikao Usui, the creator of Reiki and will have qualified to the standard set out by the UK Reiki Federation and therefore be able to become a member if you wish to.

After completing of each course I will continue to mentor you and assist you on your new journey.

Reiki 1 - Self Healing

Beginning at level one, you will be given the opportunity to learn a bit about the background of reiki and where it came from, you will receive 2 attunements which will aid the opening of your chakras system and connect you to the reiki lineage of the master giving the attunements. These attunements along with the tools you will be provided will allow you to channel Reiki and perform self healing treatments

What is Reiki?
“Reiki” pronounced ray-key is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication.

We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.

There are many variations of Reiki, but in essence Reiki treatments can help the body emotionally or spiritually. It is a tradition that is open to any belief system.

Reiki treatment is a process that anyone can enjoy in the normal course of their life. Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery. The practice is taught by Reiki masters / teachers who have trained in the tradition passed on in person from master to student.

Reiki treatment
The method of receiving Reiki is simple. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The whole person is treated rather than specific areas. Sessions can take 45 minutes to an hour-and-a-half, depending on the client’s needs.

Reiki practitioners are not trained in diagnosis and will not predict any specific outcome from treatment. If people are concerned about their symptoms they should see a doctor.

What do Reiki treatments feel like?
Each person experiences Reiki differently depending on their individual needs at the time.

Clients may or may not feel sensations during a Reiki treatment. Benefits reported by recipients include deep relaxation promoting a calm, peaceful sense of well being on all levels. Some people feel sensations of heat, tingling, or experience seeing colours, whilst others can have an emotional response, indicating that shifts are taking place, allowing harmony to be restored.

What do Reiki treatments do?
Reiki is a safe and soothing treatment that can be:

Comforting when life is tough
The relaxing nature of Reiki can be very helpful to people especially at difficult times in our lives. We can all feel overwhelmed or disconnected, sometimes there is a real sense of isolation, both emotionally and spiritually. Reiki treatments can bring feelings of peace, centeredness and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life.

Reiki can be beneficial in circumstances that are short term, but can also support people dealing with long-standing conditions, helping to bring comfort, acceptance and a more positive outlook.

Supportive during pregnancy
Reiki can be wonderful for pregnant women. Treatments can be very relaxing and enjoyable for the mother.

Calming for children
Children usually love Reiki. The length of a session is often shorter than it would be for an adult.

Reassuring for animals
Animals also respond well to Reiki, they too seem to find it relaxing and soothing

Helpful at the end of life
In such cases Reiki can be a great comfort, helping to promote a sense of peace and acceptance for the dying and their families.

What is Access Bars®?

Remote Reiki Healing

30 Minute - £20 Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing is a method of Energy Healing over any distance, i.e., from one location to another, where the healer is not present. In other words, the person or animal does not have to be in the company of the healer to receive the healing. Energy healing techniques like Reiki work with this energy field to promote healing and balance. The idea is that physical, emotional, and spiritual issues can arise from disturbances and imbalances in the energy field. Energy healing can restore the energy field’s balance and harmony, promoting healing and well-being. Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing can treat various conditions, including physical, emotional, and spiritual problems. It is becoming increasingly popular as more people seek alternative healing forms that do not require physical contact. While Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing are not substitutes for medical treatment, they can be used alongside conventional medicine to support the healing process. Remote Distant Reiki and Energy Healing session, the practitioner and the client are not physically present in the exact location.
